Steven Anders, a paragon of commitment, has devoted 25 years to coaching youth football in Milwaukee. His fervent dedication to nurturing young talent is unmistakable, as evidenced by the numerous all-state football players he has mentored. Yet, his commitment extends far beyond the football field. Recognizing the boundless potential within our youth, Steven has pioneered youth empowerment conferences, striving to equip these young individuals with the tools, resources, and guidance necessary to catalyze positive transformations in their lives.
Education has played a pivotal role in shaping Steven's holistic approach. Armed with a Bachelor's degree in Theology and another in Human Services, his foundation is firmly rooted in a deep understanding of the human spirit and the services that elevate it. Complementing this foundation, he pursued a Master's degree in Public Administration and a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. This comprehensive academic background is a testament to Steven's profound commitment to both community well-being and individual mental health.
Tina Anders, in tandem with Steven, has been an indispensable force driving the organization's multifaceted initiatives. Her steadfast support and shared vision have served as the bedrock upon which their collaborative services have been built.
Beyond their coaching and community service endeavors, the Anders family boasts an illustrious history of entrepreneurship in Milwaukee. They have masterfully launched and managed multiple enterprises, all with a singular focus: empowering and uplifting young men.
